Dr. Jenny Brand a gynaecologist is sent by a Missionary organization, to work at a small hospital high up in the Zagros Ranges of Iran. Soon after her arrival, an English nurse Rosalind is found dead. The haste with which the Director Bill Bradley disposes off the body arouses suspicion. The illiterate villagers revere him like some demi-God. He can do no wrong. Jenny is determined to discover the truth. What a surprise awaits her!
